Free Shipping
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States. No minimum order required.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high-volume periods.

We ship via major carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on your location and order size.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order via the carrier's website or through your Climanto account.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes after order placement cannot be guaranteed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package:
- Check with neighbors and building management
- Contact the carrier directly
- Email us at support@climanto.com — we will work with you to resolve the issue
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund Policy and contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
