🛒 Orders

Q: How do I place an order? A: Browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit cards and Shop Pay.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? A: We process orders quickly. Please contact us at support@climanto.com within 2 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes after that window.

Q: Will I receive an order confirmation? A: Yes. A confirmation email will be sent to your email address immediately after your order is placed.


🚚 Shipping

Q: Is shipping really free? A: Yes — we offer FREE standard shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States, with no minimum purchase required.

Q: How long does shipping take? A: Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days after a 1–3 business day processing period.

Q: How do I track my order? A: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use it on the carrier's website to monitor your delivery.

Q: Do you ship internationally? A: Currently, we ship to the contiguous United States only.


🔄 Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy? A: We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged or are significantly not as described. We do not accept returns for change of mind or sizing issues.

Q: How do I start a return? A: Email support@climanto.com with your order number and photos of the issue within 30 days of delivery.

Q: How long does a refund take? A: Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Q: Do you offer exchanges? A: We do not offer direct exchanges. You may return an eligible item and place a new order.

Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay,  Shopify Payments.

Q: Is my payment information secure? A: Absolutely. All payments are processed through Shopify Payments, which is PCI-DSS compliant with full SSL encryption.

Q: Will I be charged sales tax? A: Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state laws.


📦 Products

Q: Are your products true to size? A: We include sizing guides on product pages. Please review them before purchasing, as we cannot accept returns for sizing issues.

Q: Why does the product color look slightly different from the photo? A: Minor color variations may occur due to screen display settings and photography lighting. This is not considered a defect.
