At Climanto, we stand behind the quality of every product we ship. We have designed our return policy to be fair, transparent, and protective of both our customers and our brand integrity.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns only under the following circumstances:
✅ Item arrived damaged (physically broken, torn, or defective upon arrival) ✅ Item is significantly not as described (wrong item shipped, major discrepancy from product listing)
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Minor color variations due to screen display differences
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
Return Window
You must contact us within 30 days of the delivery date to initiate an eligible return.
How to Request a Return
- Email support@climanto.com with subject line: "Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]"

- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos or video clearly showing the damage or discrepancy
- Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days
- If approved, we will provide return instructions or issue a resolution (replacement or refund)
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days after return approval
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs for approved claims will be covered by Climanto
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale events
- Items returned outside the 30-day window
- Items without original packaging (where required)
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If your item qualifies for a return, you may place a new order for the correct item after your refund is processed.
